If you visit the site, you will see a large area with a metal privacy fence surrounding it. The employee quarters are insite this fenced area.
Things are changing fast now!

I purchased a unit in the first building in April of 2008 and am anxiously awaiting to go again next spring, hopefully to see the completed project. Just wondering if anybody has been to the site in the last little while to see how things are progressing.

I purchased a unit in bdg.2 in January 2008. I went to see the progress in December 2009. There were some shacks for materials and the hill was leveled. Couldn't see anything else going on at the time because it was a national holiday (Mother's Day). There was only one guard with a gun at the site and he was quite helpful (in Spanish, that is). I think things are progressing, albeit VERY VERY slowly.
